Velocitek's Design Office is located on the North Shore of Maui in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. This unique location permits the year-round testing and refinement of our products in some of the most extreme ocean conditions imaginable while maintaining our immediate access to the latest electronics technology coming out of Silicon Valley.
Customer Support Philosophy
At Velocitek we take customer support very seriously. If you contact us with a question or comment, you'll be dealing directly with the engineers who designed the product. All of our products are backed by a 30 day 'No Questions Asked' returns policy and an unprecedented 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
